The Old Rope Works

 

As the name suggests, The Old Rope Works is a historic building that once served as a rope-making factory. We believe it was constructed in 1910 by the family who lived in the neighboring Victorian villa, adding a touch of history to your stay.

 

Located close to the High Street in Woburn Sands, this quaint town is on the outskirts of Milton Keynes and near junction 13 of the M1. In Woburn Sands, you'll find a variety of local amenities including Tesco Express, Co-op, delightful restaurants, charming churches, and cozy pubs. The town offers a perfect blend of convenience and small-town charm.

 

The spacious accommodation comfortably hosts up to 4 guests and includes:

 

• A large kitchen/diner, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals together.
• A study area, ideal if you need to catch up on work or enjoy a quiet reading space.

• A comfortable lounge with French doors opening onto a decked area overlooking the garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.
• Two well-appointed bedrooms: the downstairs bedroom features an ensuite shower room for added convenience, while the upstairs bedroom is situated next to the family bathroom. The beds in both rooms can be configured as either singles or super king-sized, offering flexible sleeping arrangements to suit your needs.

 

The Old Rope Works is fully equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, central heating, and a Freesat TV. You'll have everything you need to feel right at home.

 

There is ample street parking available without restrictions, and one parking space is available on the drive in front of the gate (see photos). Please be careful not to park too close to the gate as it opens towards you. This convenient parking ensures that you can come and go with ease during your stay.
