Great little quiet, self contained apartment that was comfortable and had all the basic we needed to live there for a few days.

The hosts are super nice and went to some effort to make sure the beds were configured right for my family (twins vs double) and that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

It’s a great location just away from the high street but near enough that all the pubs and restaurants of Woburn sands are within easy walking distance.

I stayed at The Old Rope Works in October of 2024. It was wonderful! First, the entire place was immaculate and furnished so comfortably. Sue and Justin have thought of absolutely everything a guest could need and provided it all. They are lovely people - friendly, accommodating, and available if you need them. The location is wonderful - right in the middle of beautiful Woburn Sands, just over the road from shops and pubs and restaurants, a short walk from the little train station, and a short drive into Milton Keynes if you need more than Woburn Sands offers. I highly recommend staying - you won’t regret it! I know I’ll be back!

We were blown away by this renovated victorian property. The two bedrooms comfortably fit super king beds. Two shower rooms with double showers was added luxury. The water pressure made for a wonderful refreshing shower. The kitchen and dining area make for a fantastic communal area, perfectly laid out with all the necessary equipment. Sue & Justin were wonderful friendly hosts. I cant recommend this place highly enough. We would definitely stay again

Good facilities, comfortable beds and good showers. The milk, teabags and coffee was a nice touch. Would recommend and would stay again.
